Tactical Equipment and Shop Facility

The equipment and shop facility consist of 240,000 sf of maintenance buildings and support facilities for the U.S. Army “Apache” attack helicopter.  The project included hanger bays, taxing runways, fuel depot and machine shop.

Tactical Intelligence Facility

This facility consisted of a 4-story building for intelligence gathering for the Air Force.  A security clearance was required for this 80,000 sf of building space.

Physical Expansion Project

This project consisted of support facilities for the university in its physical maintenance.  This project contained seven office buildings, fuel depot, maintenance building and parking.  The entire project utilized more than 1,000,000 sf of building space.

Central Services Building

This 4-story building consist of city material storage as well as office space.

Collina Office Complex and Garage

This office complex consists of banking facilities, office space and underground parking.  The building utilizes more than 200,000 sf of parking and office space.

Arboretum Office Complex

The Arboretum consists of the same facilities as the Collina but includes solarium and botanical gardens.  This 400,000 sf complex was listed Architectural Digest as one of America’s premier workplaces.

Trinitas Academy

The Providence Baptist Church and attached Trintas Academy were severely damage by Hurricane Wilma in 2005.  This 25,000 sf property is located in Plantation, Florida and consisted of full repairs to the roofing and interior of buildings.
